Our full scale manufacturing infrastructure is designed to support reliable production, consistent quality, and timely delivery. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, we have developed facilities that enable us to meet customer requirements while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Our manufacturing units located in Odhav, Ahmedabad are equipped with modern machinery, a dedicated research and development laboratory, and robust quality control facilities. Advanced equipment and chemical testing systems are integrated across the plant to ensure smooth operations, process stability, and dependable product performance.

We have an installed capacity to process up to 600 metric tons of crude materials per month, allowing us to support both regular supply and scalable customer demand. Our facilities include two manufacturing units with two spray dryers of 1500 liter and 750 liter per hour capacity, ensuring efficient and controlled drying operations.

To maintain consistent quality across batches, we are equipped with blending machines with a capacity of 12 metric tons, enabling uniform mixing and product consistency. We also offer multiple packaging options in accordance with international standards and specific customer requirements.
